ANTIPO is the arm of the City Government of Antipolo mandated to promote business, trade and investments in the city.
The Business Permit and Licensing Office is a full pledged department pursuant to City Ordinance No. 2011-478 which defines its organizational structure, duties, functions and
responsibilities, to wit:
The City Cooperative and Livelihood Office is responsible for the promotion and organization of cooperative movement by providing cooperative education and training, provision of technical assistance and capability building, and provision of livelihood training programs which will generate employment and business opportunities thereby contributing to the human development among the city’s constituents
Pursuant to (Art. 14 Sec. 484) RA 7160 otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991", the City Council passed in January 6, 1999 the City Ordinance No. 01-99 "An Ordinance Adopting the Reorganized Structure and Staffing Pattern of the City Government of Antipolo" which provides the creation of the City Environment and Waste Management Office (CEWMO). City Ordinance 2008-308 paved the way for its present organizational structure.

- Ensure a well maintained and secured public buildings and offices; and

The City Accounting Office acquired its personality with the enactment of Republic Act No. 8508, as amended by Republic Act No. 9232, an Act Converting the Municipality of Antipolo into a Component City to Be Known as the City of Antipolo which took effect on April 4, 1998.
